A deeper therapeutic process

Therapy that connects past patterns to present change.

We often underestimate how past experiences influence our personality, self-image, coping strategies, and current relationship patterns. Therapy can help bridge the gaps between the past and present so you can better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that no longer serve you.

“Therapy isn’t truly transformative if it doesn’t challenge you.”

Dr. Poster’s approach is non-judgmental, empathetic, honest, and collaborative, with moments of humor for relief. The goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and supportive foundation to safely explore uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.
